Andrew came to Bradenton in 2019 from Charlotte, NC. He was a catholic and a member of the American Legion. He loved Nascar. Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Joseph Rutherford and his wife Charlotte Mowrer; and sister, Marian Eastman and her husband Edward.
