Clifford J. Swanson, D.D.S., peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 4th, 2022. He was born December 16th, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Clifford Dean Swanson and Marilyn Joan (née Oberlander) Swanson. Dr. Swanson and his wife retired to Bradenton last September from Schaumburg, Illinois. He practiced as a dentist and was a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and he taught classes for Hiossen Implants. For his enjoyment he loved fishing, the outdoors, and everything Chicago Bears. But, most of all he loved his family with all his heart. Left to cherish and honor his memory are his wife of 41 years, Diane; daughters, Jillian and Lauren Swanson; brothers, Robert Swanson (Melinda); George Swanson (Tasha); Jay Swanson and Jon Swanson; and brother-in-law, David Haake. In addition to his parents, Dr. Swanson was predeceased by his brothers Eric and Karl. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
