Deborah Kay Miller

December 10, 1959 - April 16, 2022

Deborah Kay Miller, 62, passed away April 16, 2022. She was born December 10, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to Irene (Hoback) Miller and the late William Edward Miller. Deborah came to Sarasota in 1984 from Toledo, Ohio. She had been in the marching band and later worked at Merrill Lynch Realty. She became a professional ballroom dancer and teacher. She was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, Job’s Daughter Masonic Women’s Group, a founding member and past president of Community Associations Institute of Southwest Florida, served on the Legislative Alliance in Tallahassee, and served Manatee and Sarasota Counties as a real estate broker, property manager for community associations, and was licensed and taught CEU classes for realtors. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Irene Miller; brother, Michael Miller; nieces and nephews, Will Miller and his fiancé Tori Conte, Ashley Miller and Alyssa Miller and trusted co-worker for 37 years who is loyal and a friend like family, Mary Miller. There will be a Celebration of Deborah’s Amazing Life on Friday, May 20th at 2:00 pm at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 7461 Prospect Road, Sarasota, Florida 34243.
