James Vincent Molinaro

James Vincent Molinaro, Sr., 93, of New Port Richey, Florida passed peacefully from our presence on January 28, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. James (affectionately known as “Jimmy Moon”) was born November 17, 1928 in Canton, Ohio and was the son of Thomas Molinaro and Maria Cimino Molinaro. James married Ida Ferrara in 1949. They were bonded lovingly for 54 years. James owned Great Neck Auto Electric in Great Neck, New York. He moved from New York to Florida with his wife Ida. He especially loved playing golf and card games, as well as spending time with his bountiful family. Remaining to cherish James’ memory are his children: James Jr, Barbara, Donna, his daughter-in-law Annette; his seven grandchildren: Jenna, Lisa, Christa, Marissa, Leslie, James, Aidan, and three great grandchildren: Vérité, Avelline, and Levi. The youngest of eighteen siblings, James is preceded in death by his spouse Ida Molinaro, his parents Thomas and Maria, and his family of brothers and sisters. A private service will take place for his immediate family. Interment will be in Sarasota Memorial Park in Sarasota, Florida.
