Jane Elizabeth Weisbrod

May 28, 1965 - April 13, 2022

Jane Elizabeth Weisbrod, 56, passed away April 13, 2022.  She was born May 28, 1965 in Montclair, New Jersey to the late John and Rosemarie (Pekar) Weisbrod.   Jane was raised in Belleville New Jersey. She came to Sarasota in 1977, attended Riverview High School and joined the Miss Sarasota Softball league playing center field. You may remember Jane from her time bowling at Sarasota Lanes which also helped her satisfy her love of cruising when they had their cruise leagues. Jane often enjoyed long road trips back to New Jersey or anywhere she could go. She built a wonderful life in Florida with Tony and her sisters. She was known for being a free spirit and in the past seven years for being a loving Babcia (grandmother) to Lewis and Parker.     Left to cherish her memory are her Partner of 37 years, Tony Biondo; daughters, Billie Beam, and her husband Travis, Kristin and Robin McCrory, sisters, Kelly Weisbrod, Sharon Zimbelmann and her husband Dave; brother, John Weisbrod, Jr; and grandchildren, Tyra, Lewis and Parker; nephews/nieces, Jonathan, Van, Colton, Michele, Melissa, Theresa, and Rose.   There will be a Celebration of Jane’s Life on Services Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a short memorial service beginning at 5:00 pm at Maloney Funeral Home, 2401 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, Florida 34232.
