Susan Mae Dalida, 76, passed away January 29, 2022. She was born January 26, 1946 in Seattle, Washington to the late Malcom Benjamin Barker and Evelyn Mae (Raleigh) Barker. Susan came to Manatee County in 2009 from Seattle and was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. She loved watching old movies and watching Entertainment Tonight. She closely followed the lives of movie stars and famous people. Susan was a raving fan of eating at her grandson Justin’s restaurant, “Trumans Tap & Grill” in Bradenton. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Jason Leitzman and his wife Carrie; sister, Beverly Franko; grandchildren, Justin, Tyler and Hannah; and great grandsons, Carter and Aidan. In addition to her parents, Susan was predeceased by her sister Marti Lynn Barker. There will be a Celebration of Susan’s Life to be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Truman’s Tap & Grill, 11161 State Road 70 E. #100, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202.
